Ken began his distinguished career as a leadership consultant and coach as a former classroom teacher and school principal. His leadership experience, methodologies and results-oriented activities to help people and teams take on greater challenges and produce breakthrough results.
He's personally taught and trained thousands of individuals and teams engaging formulas for individual and collaborative success and is packaging them in his soon to released book The Unfold The Soul: Strategies To Make The Life You Have, The Life You Want. This new self-improvement standard contains 52 powerful principles of success utilized by Ken and other top achievers from all walks of life. Unfold The Soul is what Ken Williams is planning to offer to readers and listeners here and abroad. Ken is also a contributing author to the Solution Tree leadership anthology, The Collaborative Administrator.
He is Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Unfold The Soul, a group which trains entrepreneurs, educators, and motivated individuals how to accelerate the achievement of their personal and professional goals. Ken is also the creator and owner of EasyEvaluations , a cutting-edge software tool designed to save school principals time writing evaluations and also improving the quality of feedback provided to teachers.
Ken's background includes a BA from Morehouse College and he also holds a Masters degree in Education from the University of Bridgeport and a Leadership Certificate from the Bowie State University. For nearly 20 years, he has been a teacher, assistant principal, sales manager, educational consultant, trainer, speaker and a leading authority in the areas of collaboration, breakthrough achievement, leadership, and peak performance.
